Well that’s not a pretty looking screen.
I just got Age of Wonders last week on GOG and I think it may be the closest I’ve ever come to finding a strategy game to top Age of Empires. Fuck C&C, Stronghold, Warcraft and all that inferior strategy jazz, I think I’m in love with a computer game, and I haven’t even looked at the newest one yet (I only bought #1 and #3).
I suck at it though. As evidenced by the screen above, where my sole remaining troop is a barely-alive battering ram which can’t actually damage any of the enemies. If they were all walls, though, I’d be fucking them up.
